Role Summary:

As the Chief Technology Officer at Aiva Inc., you will be instrumental in driving our technology strategy and leading the development of innovative AI solutions for the healthcare industry. Success in this position means delivering products that set new standards in healthcare technology, enhancing our capabilities, and furthering our mission to transform healthcare practices worldwide.


Responsibilities:


• Lead the development and execution of Aiva Inc.‘s technology strategy, aligning with the company’s business goals and objectives.

• Oversee the research, development, and deployment of all technological services and solutions, ensuring they meet the needs of our clients and adhere to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

• Foster a culture of innovation within the technology team, encouraging creative problem-solving and continuous improvement in all aspects of technology.

• Collaborate with other department heads to ensure that technology integration supports operational and strategic goals across the company.

• Manage and expand relationships with key technology partners and vendors, negotiating contracts that benefit Aiva Inc. both technologically and financially.

• Ensure the security of all technology systems and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Drive initiatives to source new technologies and technological innovations that can enhance Aiva Inc.’s offerings.


Qualifications:


• Proven leadership experience in a technology role, preferably within the healthcare technology sector.

• Strong background in software development, AI, and machine learning, with a deep understanding of current technology trends and a vision for future developments.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and execute methodically.

• Demonstrated ability to develop and mentor a technology team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

• Superior communication skills, capable of effectively articulating technology strategy to stakeholders at all levels, including non-technical audiences.

• Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

• Relevant certifications in AI, machine learning, project management, or leadership are highly desirable.
