As a Marketing Intern , you'll play a key role in growing Cozmo Living's brand presence, engaging with its target audience, and supporting the company's marketing strategies. Below is an outline of the role:

Role: Marketing Intern

Location: Viman Nagar ( hybrid)

Duration: Typically 12 months

Reports To: Marketing Manager or Marketing Team Lead

Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

  • Develop engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Assist in writing blog posts, newsletters, and website content.
  • Design basic graphics or visuals using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

Social Media Management:

  • Schedule and manage posts across Cozmo Living's social media channels.
  • Interact with followers, reply to comments, and encourage community engagement.
  • Track and analyze social media performance using tools like Hootsuite or Sprout Social.

Market Research:

  • Conduct research on competitors and market trends in the coliving space.
  • Identify opportunities to target specific demographics and enhance marketing strategies.

Event Support:

  • Assist in planning and promoting events for residents or potential tenants.
  • Create promotional materials and support event logistics.

Campaign Support:

  • Help with digital marketing campaigns, including Google Ads, SEO, and email marketing.
  • Collaborate with team members to execute promotional strategies.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor the performance of campaigns and social media accounts.
  • Compile regular reports to share insights and actionable recommendations.

Partnerships and Collaborations:

  • Research and reach out to influencers or brands for potential collaborations.
  • Support existing partnership initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • Technical Skills:
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and tools.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing techniques (SEO, PPC, analytics).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).

  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Collaborative team player.
