Job Description:

  • Responsible for patients medical charts .
  • Responsible for all documentation for audit .
  • Responsible for ICU handling ( i.e. all instruments use during Treatment .
  • Responsible to provided training to all staff related to treatment & Special Process.
  • experience in the ICU has taught me the importance of
  • teamwork and effective communication, as we work together to
  • Provide comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Treat and care for patients after major surgical procedures by
  • monitoring vital signs, administering medication and cleaning surgical areas
  • Objective Identify sudden or subtle changes in condition.
  • Monitor patient's respiratory status and ventilator operation and made adjustment to promote stabilization.
  • Expert in handling ventilator patient and handling arterial line and provide comprehensive care to the patient.
  • Administer medication via oral, IV and Intra muscular injection and monitored responses.
  • Performed various nursing interventions such as wound dressing, victualing monitoring and specimen collection. Catheter Insertion, NG tube insertion and airway management.
  • Performed emergency medical procedures such as BLS, ACLS and other condition stabilizing interventions.
  • Assist in medical procedures and use advanced medical equipment essential for patient care within the ICU.
  • Ensure a clean & safe environment for patients by adhering to healthcare standards & protocols
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records for documentation and follow-up care.
  • Participate in continuous professional development and stay updated with the latest best practices in intensive care nursing.
  • Other task which may assigned by the reporting manager.
