- As part of the Infosys delivery team, your primary role would be to interface with the client for quality assurance, issue resolution and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Hands-on experience working in a leading bank operation for 2-3 years are a good to have skill. Good consulting/developing skills and knowledge of financial industries processes & best practices. Experience in working on multi-country/multi – regional implementation projects in Payments. Have excellent consulting, communication, stakeholder management skills and strong thought leadership in the emerging technology space, preferably in digital channels across Banking & Financial Services verticals.
