WMS Support Analyst

Role and Responsibilities :

WMS Configuration and Support : Configure and support the WMS application to meet operational requirements, serving as a subject matter expert for site users.

Vendor Management : Coordinate with vendors to resolve WMS-related issues and manage support tickets.

WMS Migration : Support the migration from Manhattan WMS-Classic to WMOS-Platform.

Interface Monitoring : Monitor interfaces between WMS and other systems (order management, parcel, MHE) to ensure seamless data flow.

Report Development : Define and develop reports and operational queries to support business needs.

SOP and Training : Develop and deliver system standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials.

Product Enhancement : Contribute to the definition and design of continual enhancement requests for the WMS product.

System Testing : Execute local systems testing for code fixes or platform enhancements and assist with testing documentation.

Cross-Functional Support : Support other fulfillment technology solutions, including SCI reporting, parcel management, MHE, and labor management.

Required Qualifications :

- 3+ years of experience with a tier-1 full-scale warehouse management system.

- Previous systems implementation and testing experience.

- Advanced SQL skills.

- Technical skills and acumen, including software development methodology and systems integration.

- Strong business acumen, particularly in order fulfillment, inventory control, and distribution.

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Willingness to travel to fulfillment center facilities (5-10%).

- Ability to support off-shift hours and weekends as needed.

Desired Qualifications :

- Experience with Manhattan Associates' WMOS Application/Redprairie or JDA.

- Coding experience in C++ or Java.

- Direct-to-consumer fulfillment operations or e-commerce industry experience.

- Experience with direct-to-consumer parcel solutions.

- Experience with labor and productivity planning applications.

- Experience integrating WMS with ERP, TMS, and MHE systems.

- Bachelor's degree in logistics, computer science, engineering, business, or equivalent experience
