Job Description
We are Hiring ERP Implementation Executive
Responsibilities
Gain a deep understanding of the organization's business processes across divisions and how they have been configured in the ERP system.
Assist with the implementation and maintenance of abas ERP software solutions.
Document all issues reported by users, with an issue description as well as complete steps or screenshots needed to replicate and resolve the issue.
Research available sources, such as in-house documentation and ERP customer portal for resolving issues, including best practice and training content.
Develop a solution or workaround wherever possible and document all steps taken to find a solution.
Identify and document recurring issues and educate users about the solution or workaround.
Where a solution cannot be found internally, raise the issue with the ERP Helpdesk Support or Professional Services team and coordinate with them for issue resolution.
Participate in project planning and execution activities.
Provide training and support to end-users.
Provide inputs in project meetings and prepare project status reports.

Qualifications and skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
Knowledge of programming in Java, C or C++. Abas ERP
Desirable to have one or more of the following skills:
Basic knowledge of JavaScript.
Basic knowledge of SQL or Microsoft SQL Server with the ability to develop/design tables, queries and procedures, views and functions.
* Knowledge of a Bl tool like Microsoft Power BI.
Excellent communication skills in English, knowledge of German desirable.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience in SAP programming, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting. Proficiency in SAP protocols (e.g., SAP, S4 HANA) and related technologies. Strong programming skills in languages. Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment. Good communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
