We are seeking a motivated USA Recruiter for the healthcare industry to join our team. This role involves sourcing, screening, and connecting healthcare candidates with US-based clients. Freshers are welcome to apply, and training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and identify healthcare candidates for US clients
  • Conduct virtual interviews and coordinate with candidates
  • Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment progress
  • Schedule interviews according to US time zones
  • Communicate regularly with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process

Requirements:

  • Strong English communication skills
  • Ability to work US time zones
  • Freshers can apply
