We are seeking a skilled and creative Website and Social Media Manager to oversee job postings on our website and various platforms while ensuring the highest SEO standards. You will play a key role in managing the content across our website and social media channels, optimizing for search engine visibility, and driving engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, SEO best practices, and social media management, with a passion for delivering compelling content.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage Website Job Postings : Ensure all job listings are up-to-date and accurately posted on the company website, maintaining a user-friendly and visually appealing interface.
  • SEO Optimization : Implement and maintain the highest SEO standards for the website to enhance visibility, drive traffic, and boost engagement. Conduct keyword research, optimize job descriptions, and ensure on-page SEO best practices.
  • Social Media and Job Board Management : Post job openings on multiple social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and job boards (Indeed, Naukri, etc.), ensuring consistency and optimization for each platform.
  • Content Creation : Develop engaging, keyword-optimized content for job postings, blogs, and social media updates to attract qualified candidates and drive traffic to our site.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting : Monitor the performance of job postings, track engagement metrics, and provide regular reports on website traffic, SEO ranking, and social media reach. Make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Cross-Platform Coordination : Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a cohesive approach across all platforms, aligning social media strategy with overall company goals.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in website management, SEO, and social media strategy.
  • Strong understanding of SEO tools, Google Analytics, and job board management.
  • Familiarity with social media tools (Hootsuite, Buffer), and SEO tools (SEMRush, Moz).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills :

  • Experience in the recruitment industry or talent acquisition is a plus.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development is beneficial.
  • Certifications in SEO, Google Analytics, or social media marketing are advantageous
