We at Pixel Aspire Technologies LLP (imagiphy), are looking for a high-performing, talented, self-driven Sales team with the ability to meet the customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive.
- Prospect and establish new clients by cold calling, networking and leveraging existing relationships.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat of business and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends within the industry.
Objectives of this Role
- Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of the product offerings
- Connect (over telephone) with the customer and talk the way into a sale
- Making outbound calls: contact potential customers to promote products or services.
- Explaining products: explain the features, benefits, and pricing of products to interested customers.
- Persuading customers: try to convince customers to make purchases or schedule appointments.
- Handling incoming calls: answer customer inquiries and complaints.
- Maintaining records: keep accurate records of customer interactions in a database.
