  • Prospect and establish new clients by cold calling, networking and leveraging existing relationships.

  • Connect (over telephone) with the customer and talk the way into a sale

  • Persuading customers: try to convince customers to make purchases or schedule appointments.
  • Handling incoming calls: answer customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Maintaining records: keep accurate records of customer interactions in a database.
