Job Description :


- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a degree with relevant disciplines such as information management, mathematics/statistics, business information systems.

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in the domain, specifically experience in Collaborating on Data Governance frameworks; or


- Experience with building queries or tooling to report on Data Quality statistics; or.

- Experience with contributing in Data Compliance activities.

- Skills in Tableau, Data Quality.

- Skills in DataIKU, Metadata Management, Reference Data Management, Agile/Program Management, Master Data Management, Stakeholder Management, Communications & Training.

- Cleaning and pre-processing the data to remove inconsistencies, errors, missing values, and outliers to ensure data quality. Conducting exploratory data analysis to understand the structure, patterns, and relationships within the data.


- This involves using statistical methods and visualization techniques to uncover insights and identify trends.


- Generating reports and presentations summarizing the findings of data analysis for stakeholders, management, or clients. This involves effectively communicating insights, recommendations, and implications derived from the data.


- Interpreting data analysis results in the context of business objectives and providing actionable insights and recommendations based on data findings.


- Collaborating with stakeholders from various departments such as marketing, sales, operations, finance, etc., to understand their data needs, gather requirements, and deliver data-driven solutions to address business challenges.


- Staying updated with the latest tools, techniques, and trends in data analysis, statistics, and data visualization.


- This involves continuous learning through training, online courses, workshops, and self-study to enhance skills and stay current with industry best practices.


- Responsible for working with the product owner and stakeholders to define standardized rules to be deployed for critical data elements at the project and enterprise level.


- Responsible for working with stakeholders (e.g. Architecture, Governance, Business, Technology, Strategy, etc.) to automate the discovery of critical data and rule deployment.


- Responsible for data quality dashboarding, ensuring stakeholder expectations are accounted for and met in support of error detection and issue resolution.


- Responsible for ensuring that deployed data quality rule results are deployed timely, accurately, and consistently and in a manner that meets governance needs for issue resolution processes.


- Adhere to principles, policies and standards to achieve quality and compliance of solution and services. Strong SQL & Data base Knowledge, preferably Snowflake.


- Good documentation skills, Good problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.


- Strong written and verbal communication skills, Retail and Consumer Product Goods domain experience is preferable
