We are seeking a seasoned engineering leader to oversee plant-wide engineering operations, ensuring seamless maintenance, compliance, and project execution.
This individual will bring a strategic mindset, strong leadership, and the ability to drive engineering excellence while optimizing efficiency and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the engineering function, ensuring smooth operations, maintenance, utilities management, and continuous improvements.
- Drive large-scale expansion and infrastructure projects, managing end-to-end execution within timelines and budgets.
- Ensure regulatory and statutory compliance across all engineering and safety standards.
- Oversee equipment lifecycle management, including procurement, qualification, and optimization for peak efficiency.
- Implement best practices for predictive and preventive maintenance, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production, quality, and supply chain requirements.
- Develop and manage engineering budgets, CAPEX plans, and cost-effective resource allocation.
- Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical)
- 15+ years of experience in engineering leadership, preferably in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of GMP, safety regulations, and engineering compliance.
- Hands-on experience in utility management, equipment validation, and automation initiatives.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term vision with operational execution.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
