Key Responsibilities

• Own Architecture vision: Collaborate with other architects to build an architecture vision across teams that will realign to customer use cases. Translate the vision to an architecture with thorough documentation, eventually building a customer focused solution that is backed by a strong test strategy and infrastructure.
• Lead Frontend Development: Own the architectural design and implementation of user interfaces, ensuring high standards for usability, performance, and maintainability in all web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript backed by unit testing.
• Framework Expertise: Apply deep expertise in modern frontend frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular, or to build, optimize, and maintain scalable, responsive, and robust web applications.
• Microservices Architecture: Design and develop frontend components that seamlessly integrate with Microservices Architecture, enabling flexible and scalable SaaS platform solutions.
• Collaborate on Backend Development: Work closely with backend engineers to integrate frontend components with services and APIs built in languages such as C#, Java, Python, , or similar ecosystems.
• Problem-Solving: Tackle complex technical challenges with a meticulous approach, providing guidance and solutions that uphold exceptional code quality and attention to detail.
• Team Collaboration: Foster a culture of open communication, mutual respect, and knowledge sharing within the engineering team and across cross-functional partners.
• Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing: Take an active role in mentoring junior and mid-level developers, providing technical guidance, conducting code reviews, and fostering a learning environment where every team member can grow and excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 12+ years of hands-on experience in front-end software development, with a strong portfolio of delivered projects.
• Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one major frontend framework (React, Angular, etc.)
• Comprehensive knowledge of software architecture patterns, design principles, and best practices.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks and automated testing tools.
• Solid understanding of integrating frontend solutions with microservices-based backends.
• Significant experience in end-to-end product development, specifically focusing on front-end architecture and design of products, ensuring cohesive integration with broader system goals.
• Extensive background in architecting comprehensive solutions that align with business objectives.
• Experience in building user-friendly applications, as well as identifying and implementing continuous improvements to enhance usability and performance.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a dedication to delivering high-quality, maintainable code.
• Proven leadership experience, including mentoring, code reviews, and technical guidance.
• Strong communication skills and an ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in version control systems (such as Git), and hands-on involvement in CI/CD pipelines, containerization technologies, and modern security best practices.
• Experience working in Agile methodologies, ability to manage multiple priorities/projects dynamically.
• Strong understanding of cloud and infrastructure components (server, storage, network, data, and applications) to deliver end-to-end cloud infrastructure architectures and designs.
