To scale our outreach, we’re looking for a hands-on Email Marketing Setup Expert to join our Pune team full-time.Role OverviewYou’ll own the full technical setup and execution of our email marketing infrastructure. From configuring domains to ensuring high deliverability, you’ll be the go-to expert keeping our outbound campaigns running smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and manage email marketing systems (Instantly, Smartlead – MUST have experience )Configure and maintain SMTP, DNS, SPF, DKIM, DMARC recordsWarm up new domains and mailboxes for maximum deliverabilityMonitor sender reputation and inbox placement ratesTroubleshoot deliverability issues and implement best practicesCollaborate with sales and marketing teams on campaign executionRequirements2+ years of experience in email marketing setup and deliverabilityStrong technical knowledge of email protocols and authenticationProven hands-on experience with Instantly or SmartleadExpertise in email warmup strategiesAbility to work onsite in our Kharadi, Pune officeFlexibility to work EST shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)What We OfferCompetitive salary & growth opportunitiesWork with a global SaaS startup disrupting recruitment techCollaborative team with a strong focus on innovationSalary mentioned in annual CTC in INR
