We are looking for dynamic and driven Academic Counsellors who can contribute to our growth and help us reach more aspiring learners across the country. Key Responsibilities Engage with leads through calls, emails, social media, and in-person meetings. Counsel prospective students on program offerings, career outcomes, and training benefits. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive business generation. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems. Provide feedback from clients and prospects to improve offerings and customer experience. Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients and learners. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English and Malayalam). Strong persuasion and presentation abilities. Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools.
