Notre client est une société de gestion d’actifs à taille humaine filiale d’un groupe bancaire majeur en Europe.

Mission

Au sein de AAIS, l'équipe Data Management Office est en charge de la centralisation, du contrôle et de la dissémination de toutes les données de l'entreprise. L’équipe est engagée sur un projet global de changement du système d’information.

Nous recherchons pour ce Département un Data Reporting Officer.

Missions

· Production des reportings internes : suivi des performances et des souscriptions/rachats· Production de différents reportings réglementaires et commerciaux· Suivi mensuel de la production des financials factsheets par notre partenaire StateStreet· Maintenance de notre système d'information actuel· Participation aux développements des futurs ESG et financial factsheets via l’outil MorningStar Publishing System· Participation à la refonte de tous les reporting internes (Business Object vers PowerBI)· Participation à la mise en place du nouveau système d'information de stockage de la donnée (EDM Markit)Profil

Expérience de 2 ans minimum dans une fonction de chargé(e) de reporting/ Data Reporting Officer dans le domaine de l’asset management

· Connaissance des contraintes réglementaires et commerciales sur les différents reportings nécessaire dans une société d’asset management

· Connaissance des données financières liées à l'activité d'asset management (produits, instruments, performances, indicateurs de risques, etc....)

· Maitrise d'Excel, Bonnes connaissances SQL

· Connaissance de Python/PowerBI serait un plus

· Sens du détail et de la précision.

· Maîtrise de l'anglais et capacité à adapter les messages de manière claire, concise et engageante pour les départements, partenaires et parties prenantes qui collaborent.

Compétences minimum attendues :

Expérience de 2 ans minimum dans une fonction de chargé(e) de reporting/ Data Reporting Officer dans le domaine de l’asset management

Maitrise d'Excel, Bonnes connaissances SQL

Formation Bac+ 5.

Maitrise de l'Anglais B2.
