Fashion Designers
who share our passion for luxury and creativity.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fashion Designer (Luxury Wear) located in Pune. The Fashion Designer will be responsible for

  • Design original, trend-forward luxury apparel concepts aligned with Esthera Co.'s brand identity.
  • Develop
    sketches, illustrations, and CAD designs
    for men's and women's collections.
  • Select fabrics, trims, and embellishments suited for high-end garments.
  • Create detailed
    tech packs
    for sampling and production.
  • Research global fashion and luxury trends, adapting them into unique designs.
  • Work closely with pattern makers, tailors, and sample units to achieve perfect fits.
  • Ensure every piece reflects
    luxury craftsmanship, exclusivity, and innovation
    .

Qualifications

  • Degree/diploma in
    Fashion Design
    (NIFT, Pearl, London/Paris design schools preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing
    luxury, couture, or premium fashion
    .
  • Proficiency in design tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, CLO 3D, or similar).
  • Excellent understanding of
    fabric types, embroidery, detailing, and finishing
    .
  • Creative flair with an eye for color, silhouette, and style.
  • Passion for luxury fashion and willingness to grow with a start-up label.
