About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media & Content Marketing Lead to spearhead our brand-building efforts on LinkedIn and other relevant social platforms. You will own our social strategy, content calendar, and day-to-day execution.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Opptra's business goals.
  • Create engaging and informative content that resonates with our target audience (North America, Europe, and India).
  • Manage and execute the social media content calendar, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
  • Conduct keyword research and analyze market trends to optimize content strategy.
  • Grow Opptra's LinkedIn following and increase engagement in key target geographies.
  • Establish Opptra as a thought leader in AI GTM, internationalization, and Asian market entry.
  • Track and analyze social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

What You'll Bring:

  • 5-8 years of experience in social media and content marketing within a B2B environment, selling to global customers.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful social media campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • A "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude and a bias for action.
  • Great storytelling skills
