Role Overview : We are looking for a Graphic Designer who's passionate about visual storytelling and understands the nuances of design that convert. You will work closely with our Performance Marketing Manager to bring data-driven, high-performing creative ideas to life across ads, emails, and social platforms.
Monthly Salary : 25,000-40,000
This role is perfect for someone who blends fashion sensibility with digital performance thinking.
Key Responsibilities :
- Ad creatives for Meta (Instagram & Facebook) and Google display campaigns.
- Work on visual assets for performance campaigns (static, carousel, motion/animated formats).
- Develop a consistent visual language across paid ads, website banners, emailers, and social posts.
- Interpret marketing briefs and performance data to design high-impact creatives.
- Collaborate closely with the performance team to A/B test and iterate on top-performing formats.
- Stay updated on creative trends in D2C fashion, digital marketing, and content formats.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in fashion, D2C, or e-commerce.
- Strong portfolio that showcases campaign work, social media creatives, and digital-first design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.) or Figma.
- Basic understanding of performance marketing (ROAS, CTR, A/B testing) is a big plus.
- Experience creating ad creatives for Meta platforms is highly preferred.
- Ability to work quickly without compromising quality.
- A good eye for fashion, typography, and brand aesthetics.
- Have experience with motion graphics or lightweight animation for digital ads.
- Understanding of Shopify or email design tools like Klaviyo.
- Familiarity with brand tone and voice on platforms like Instagram & Pinterest.
