Key Responsibilities:

- Leadership and Team Collaboration : Lead and nurture our data science team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and agility. You will be instrumental in project planning and promoting an environment where ideas and strategies can be openly discussed and executed.


- Technical Execution : Design and build robust and secure data pipelines, develop predictive models, manage MLOps processes, and ensure the smooth deployment of Gen AI and ML solutions. Leverage tools such as Airflow, and Snowflake, and integrate data lakes and analytics tools into our data stack.


- Advanced AI Projects : Work on cutting-edge projects involving Generative AI , leveraging the OpenAI API, AWS Stack, Meta AI Stack, Azure Stack, GCP Stack , and integrating advanced models like LLMs , NLP , Transformer Models, and a Mixture of Expert models. Utilize tools like LangChain , MLFlow , DeepEval, RAG pipelines, and LangSmith for effective LLM observability and traceability, and deployment.


- Computer Vision : Spearheaded initiatives in computer vision, including image detection, image segmentation, PDF annotation, AutoML, object detection, image generation, image classification, image style transfer, and image analytics.


- Strategic Development : Contribute to the architectural and strategic planning of our systems, ensuring the integration of cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to solve intricate challenges in data science.


- Communication and Influence : Utilize your exceptional communication skills—spanning speaking, writing, listening, and presenting—to effectively convey ideas, foster teamwork, and drive projects forward. Your ability to communicate complex concepts to a variety of stakeholders will be key to our success.


- Innovation in Technology : Leverage your deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines to enhance our capabilities in delivering scalable and efficient AI solutions.


Qualifications :

- Proven track record of leading data science projects and teams with a strong portfolio of successful implementations.

- You think security, privacy, and compliance first - HIPAA, SOC2, GDPR, PII data protection, data masking, and data sensitizing.

- Extensive experience in building and managing data pipelines, NLP, a solid understanding of LLMs, predictive modeling, MLOps, and solving complex problems in computer vision.

- Proficiency with advanced AI technologies such as Generative AI, OpenAI API, LangChain, MLFlow, Transformer Models, Mixture of Experts models, RAG pipelines, LangSmith .

- Expertise in data management tools like Airflow and Snowflake, and familiarity with data lakes and analytical tools.

- In-depth knowledge of software development lifecycle, including designing complex solutions and architecture diagrams.

- Proficiency in cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices, and CI/CD methodologies.

- Outstanding leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and inspire a team.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a flair for clear and effective presentations.
