Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Python Developer who will be responsible for developing backend services, data pipelines, and AI agents using Python eco-system, GCP, and LangChain.


We need two engineers - one with AI/ML and LLM background, and other with data and backend expertise. Having all these expertise would be even better.


These roles require total involvement and startup mode of working. You will be rewarded with competitive salary and equity. It also offers an opportunity to be a founding member of a platform that will cause significant impact in coordination of care.


Must be able to interview and join immediately. APPLY ONLY if you have at least 2 years of experience in AI/ML that is beyond Gen AI.


Qualifications

  • Seasoned proficiency in Python ecosystem including FastAPI, Numpy, Pandas, and more.
  • Must have a proven hands-on experience with Scikit-learn, PyTorch, Keras, and TensorFlow
  • Expertise in backend development - microservices, API, events, data pipelines, all that.
  • High preference given to candidates with GCP experience especially BigQuery, CloudRun, Vertex AI, etc.
  • Advanced knowledge of building data pipelines using python and cloud platforms - GCP preferred.
  • Knowledge of Healthcare Interoperability a HUGE PLUS e.g. FHIR, HL7, DICOM, and supporting Python libraries
  • Knowlege of LLM integrations, prompt engineering, deep learning a must for the AI/ML engineer.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, while also coordinating with other team members
  • A Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • Additional beneficial skills and qualifications include experience with front-end web development (HTML, CSS, JS), experience with Python web frameworks (Django, Flask), and experience with cloud technologies like AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
