Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Senior Executive - Graphic Designer at Tikitoro. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visual concepts, communicating ideas that inspire and captivate, and developing overall layout and production design for various applications.


Years of Experience : 3 – 6 years

Department: Business Development Operations

Reports to: Manager – Brand Creatives


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Design and produce a high-quality static and dynamic creatives, including graphics, animations, and video content for the brand.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to create marketing materials that support business growth and client engagement.
  • Develop and translate brand objectives into creative strategies that drive engagement and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Develop video content that aligns with brand messaging and marketing goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices.
  • Incorporate new techniques and tools to enhance creative processes and deliver cutting-edge designs.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Visual communication, Graphic Design, , Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, with at least 1 years in a team lead role.


Skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other design tools.
  • Strong video editing and content writing abilities.
  • Strong creative and artistic skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and details
  • Experience with animation and dynamic creative content.
  • Ability to work well within a team and collaborate effectively
  • Strong understanding of branding, marketing strategies, and business development.
