Key Responsibilities:Technical Leadership:● Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and best practices.● Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and create technicalroadmaps.● Make critical architectural and design decisions for projects, ensuring scalability andperformance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:Experience: 5-7 years of experience in software development with at least 2 years in a leadershiprole.

Technical Skills:● Backend: Expertise in Node.js, Python, Java, .NET, etc.● Frontend: Experience with React.js, Angular, Vue.js, etc.● Database: Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.● Cloud: Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).● Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture, and system design.● Strong knowledge of DevOps practices and tools like Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.

Leadership & Management:● Proven track record of leading development teams and mentoring engineers.● Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).● Strong project management and organisational skills.

Soft Skills:● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.● Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.● High level of accountability and ownership in projects.

Preferred Qualifications:● Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.● Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or similar industries.● Familiarity with security standards such as PCI DSS, GDPR, etc.● Experience with AI/ML or data-driven systems.
