Tech in Engineering, MBA in Supply Chain / Operations Management preferredExperience:8–10 years of relevant experience in Plant-based supply chain management, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or process industriesKey Competencies & Knowledge:Hands-on experience with SAP Advanced proficiency in MS ExcelUnderstanding of safety, statutory compliance, and audit requirements.Vendor negotiation and relationship management.Strategic planning and analytical skills.Leadership and team management abilities.
