Role Description:

Manager – Planning

responsible for all scheduling and planning activities as per contract requirements or Client requirements. He / She is also responsible to translate the scope of work of the project into activities and prepare and update project progress reports.

Key Responsibility Areas:

PlanningDeveloping a strategy for executing the project in order to meet project objectives.Schedule Preparation (Project Formulation) in MS ProjectMonitor/CheckGathering data on actual project progress and comparing with plan to evaluate compliance to plan by interacting withControl/ActDecision making on interventions required during the execution of the project to keep the project on-track in order to meet objectivesIdentify the Risks and take action on it.BudgetingEstimating all the expenses projected for the project running.Cash Flow PlanningPreparation of plan for generation of Invoice and payment collectionsSchedule for projected fund disbursement required at different stages of the projectHuman ResourceEstimating of resources required for the project at different stages and allocation of the sameMaterial ResourceEstimating of resourcesMaterial Take off plan for the particular ProjectRisk AnalysisForeseeing the risks which are likely to happen.Identifying the risks of the project using CPA (Critical Path Analysis) Method.Contingency PlanMitigation plan for the Risks identifiedDesign & Layout PlanDesign concept model for particular project based on the driving factors.Preparation of SD layouts in the most feasible manner.Quantity SurveyWorking out the materials required based on the final layout.

Must Have Requirements:

Excellent communication skills - oral and writtenExcellent organizing skillsGood computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Microsoft ProjectTeam playerDemonstrate his ability to effectively utilize resources and material allocated for each project.Show computer proficiency in relations to MS Office, Autocad and other technical & software programs as required to accomplish his responsibilities.
