Job Title: Spare Parts Assistant

Location : Pallikkulam, Kannur

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Spare Parts Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing spare parts inventory, processing orders, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and maintain accurate inventory records of spare parts

· Receive, inspect, and store spare parts shipments

· Process customer orders and ensure timely dispatch

· Verify order accuracy and resolve any discrepancies

· Respond to customer inquiries about spare parts availability and pricing

· Provide excellent customer service and support

· Maintain records and reports related to spare parts inventory and sales

· Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts

· Identify slow-moving or obsolete stock and recommend actions

Requirements:

· Any degree or diploma

· 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field

· Strong organizational and time management skills

· Attention to detail and accuracy

· Excellent communication and customer service skills

· Basic computer skills and knowledge of inventory management software
