The Creative Strategist will be responsible for developing creative strategies, overseeing creative direction, conducting brand strategy, writing, and research. The Creative Strategist will work closely with various teams to align the brand's vision and mission with innovative content and marketing strategies.Job responsibilitiesStrategy development: Create compelling creative strategies and concepts for marketing campaigns, branding, and content.Market analysis: Conduct market research to understand consumer demographics and behavior, identify trends, and analyze competitor strategies.Campaign management: Oversee the execution of creative campaigns from their initial concept to final delivery.Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with multiple teams, including designers, writers, and marketers, to ensure creative concepts are implemented effectively.Performance monitoring: Use data and media buying insights to understand campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.Idea generation: Brainstorm and generate innovative ideas to help brands stand out in the market.QualificationsSkills in Creative Direction and Creative StrategyExperience in Brand StrategyWriting and Research skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldExperience in the construction or real estate industry is a plus
