Job Description: HR Specialist in BPO Industry

Position: HR Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition:
  • Source and recruit candidates for various positions within the BPO.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and coordinate hiring processes.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
  • Onboarding and Orientation:
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure a smooth transition for new employees into their roles.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and confidential manner.
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement initiatives.
  • Mediate and resolve conflicts between employees when necessary.
  • Performance Management:
  • Implement and oversee performance appraisal processes.
  • Work with managers to identify training and development needs for employees.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to employees on performance improvement.
  • Policy Implementation:
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Communicate changes in policies and ensure understanding among employees.
  • Assist in the development and updating of HR policies as needed.
  • Employee Benefits Administration:
  • Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
  • Address employee queries related to benefits and assist in issue resolution.
  • Training and Development:
  • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
  • Collaborate with training teams to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • HR Metrics and Reporting:
  • Compile and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Generate reports for management on HR-related activities and key performance indicators.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR roles, preferably in the BPO industry.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) is a plus
