Senior Salesforce Administrator

Exp:5+

Location: Chennai Teynampet

Notice period: Immediate joiner to 15days.

Shift: 2-11pm

Responsibilities

- All aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules- Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports.- Understanding of fundamental triggers/Apex code knowledge- Sandbox environment management.- DevOps/release management experience- Identify and gather requirements, translating them into best-practice, scalable solutions focused on exceptional user experience.- Identify unused or underutilized platform features.- Create a platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders.- Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders.- Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed.- Proactive system maintenance, including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer- User support tickets- Monitor and improve user adoption.- New user and ongoing user training- Technical documentation- Management of integrated applications and third-party suppliers, including Conga, Gearset, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator, and more.- Manage and administer Salesforce platform, including configuration,- customization, and integration.- Develop and maintain Salesforce applications, custom objects, workflows, and- processes.- Collaborate with client to gather requirements and translate them into technical- solutions.- Implement and maintain Salesforce CPQ, DocuSign, and Salesforce NetSuite- integration.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce platform and integrations.- Create and maintain technical documentation.- Perform data migration using Data Loader.- Configure and maintain Conga for document generation.- Utilize Salesforce Marketing Platform for marketing automation.- Design and implement process flows and workflows to optimize business processes.

Qualifications and Background

Required:

- Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 5+ years of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience with Sales Cloud- Certified Salesforce Administrator- Additional Salesforce certifications e.g. Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder

Desirable:

- Bachelor’s/Postgraduate degree or professional qualification

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Required:

Preferable skills in CPQ, DocuSign, Salesforce NetSuite integration, Visual Studio,

Data Loader, Conga .
