Sales Leadership & Target Achievement

• Lead, motivate, and manage the showroom sales team to meet or exceed both monthly and annual sales targets. Conduct regular team meetings to set goals, provide coaching, and refine sales techniques.

• Maintain a polished, attractive showroom environment. Ensure that vehicles are clean, well-displayed, properly labelled, and ready for demonstrations.

• Oversee visual merchandising efforts and collaborate with marketing teams to design promotions and showroom events.

Inventory & Stock Management

• Monitor vehicle availability and manage inventory levels to meet demand. Coordinate with inventory teams to maintain optimal stock and ensure timely replenishment.

Team Development & Training

• Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of showroom staff. Conduct regular coaching and onboarding to enhance team effectiveness.

• Prepare and review reports on sales performance, customer satisfaction, and inventory. Use these insights to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16, ₹18,000.00 per month
