To partner us in this mission, we are looking for a talented… Sr. Executive - HR Delivery As HR Delivery specialist, you will be responsible to manage & execute successful delivery of HR services across the organization HR Operations & Compliance Assist in implementing HR operational strategies and policies in line with business needs and local regulations. Support in ensuring timely completion and submission of all compliance and regulatory reports. Assist in preparing HR dashboards and reports to track key HR metrics. Participate in internal audits and help with documentation and process adherence. Support with Payroll, Rewards and benefits administration Employee Lifecycle Management Coordinate and manage onboarding logistics, documentation, and stakeholder alignment to ensure a seamless new joiner experience. Collaborate with payroll and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate salary processing, including variable pay, deductions, and compliance-related activities. Support in administering employee benefits and ensuring employee records are accurate and up-to-date. Execute a smooth offboarding process by coordinating exit formalities and final settlements. HR Systems, Data & Processes Maintain employee data in HRIS (myHR), ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Support streamlining and automation of HR processes for operational efficiency. Ensure all employee documents and transactions are compliant with internal policies and legal requirements. Collaboration & Support Work with cross-functional teams such as Admin, IT, Finance, and Operations to deliver an integrated employee experience. Provide timely support and resolution for employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and processes. Contribute to continuous improvement projects within the HR delivery function. Location: Mumbai. What You'll Bring Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Human Resources or related field. 3–6 years of hands-on experience in HR operations, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment. Familiarity with HR systems (Workday or similar) and comfort with data management and reporting. Strong knowledge of HR policies and working-level understanding of local labor laws. High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Demonstrated integrity, confidentiality, and commitment to service excellence.
