We are seeking an experienced Lead Product Manager to lead the strategic vision and execution of our diverse portfolio of automobile sites and applications. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead initiatives that enhance traffic growth, deepen consumer engagement, and develop innovative products tailored for both B2B and B2C markets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define Product Vision: Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with CarDekho’s long-term business objectives and market opportunities.
  • Drive Traffic Growth: Formulate and implement innovative strategies to significantly boost traffic growth while enhancing consumer engagement through personalized experiences.
  • Leverage SEO Expertise: Utilize deep SEO knowledge to maximize organic traffic and ensure optimal content visibility across all platforms.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, particularly in SEO, traffic management, and AI technologies. Apply these insights to drive product innovation and maintain CarDekho’s competitive edge.
  • User-Centric Design: Foster a deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors, advocating for intuitive product designs that enhance user satisfaction across all platforms.
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing product management team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.


Requirements

  • SEO Expertise: Extensive knowledge of search engine optimization strategies to drive organic traffic growth.
  • Traffic Management Experience: Proven track record in managing traffic across web, app, and social media platforms effectively.
  • Customer Insight: Strong ability to analyze customer needs and behaviors to create user-centric products.
  • UI/UX Design Skills: A keen eye for design with experience in crafting engaging user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional capability in identifying complex problems and developing innovative solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and efficient execution of strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to articulate ideas clearly to various stakeholders.
