At Siemens Gamesa, we are constantly seeking talented individuals to join our team and support our focus on energy transformation.Find out how you can make a difference at Siemens Gamesa: .How to contribute to our visionTests product and/or solution functionality; analyzes and debugs e.g. software related product issues.Knowledge on testing security products like Endpoint protection, Backup & Restore and Logging & Auditing.

Security Testing checks whether software is vulnerable to cyber-attacks and tests the impact of malicious or unexpected inputs on its operations.

Design test plans and test cases to validate new Servers, products and improve existing products.

Perform product installation & configuration validation and verification of hardware in field or lab environment.

Administer various Log/debug tools to conduct failure analysis.

Develop tests and debugging tools to analyze the functionality of hardware systems.

Monitor and implement test processes on hardware systems.

Provide training to new employees to implement test procedures.

Develop new test procedures and enhance existing ones to ensure products’ reliability and usability.

Test & resolve all hardware/software issues in coordination with development engineers.

Prepare plans for validation methods, tools and processes for various tests.

Prepare and submit reports on progress and status of all testing procedures.

Analyze and resolve all hardware/software test issues reported on various server products.

Analyze, Review, and understand software requirement for automation testability.

Collaborate with Project teams on various frameworks used and effectively reuse the libraries at System level.

What You Need To Make a DifferenceA passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for…BE / B. Tech / MCA / ME / M. Tech in Computer Science, Electronics or Electrical Engineering/ with an excellent academic track record

Around 4 years of experience in Hardware & Software Validation Manual Testing with Automation knowledge

Advanced level knowledge of software validation methods.

Advanced level knowledge of Software engineering process.

Good command over English in written and spoken communication

Takes strong initiative.

Good at communicating within the team as well as with all the stake holders.

Strong customer focus

Highly proactive

Good at decision making

BDD Test Automation

Ability to understand and work with Rest APIs

ISTQB Foundation level certification

Data Driven Test Automation

Automation of System level scenarios Selenium and REST API

Utilize development skills, data manipulation skills and scripting skills to engineer technical, repeatable tests.

Constant research & improvement of the Automation framework

Exposure to CI / CD tools like Jenkins etc.
