We are seeking a talented and creative Jr. 3D Max Visualizer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings for various projects, including architectural designs, product designs, and interior layouts. You will work closely with architects, designers, and clients to bring concepts to life through stunning visual presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 3D Modeling: Create detailed 3D models using 3D Max for architectural and product designs.
  • Rendering: Produce high-quality renderings and animations that effectively communicate design intent.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with architects, designers, and clients to understand project requirements and deliver visual solutions that meet their needs.
  • Revisions: Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to visualizations based on client and team input.
  • Presentation: Prepare and present visualizations to clients and stakeholders, explaining design concepts and decisions.
  • Research: Stay updated with the latest trends in 3D visualization, software updates, and industry standards.
  • File Management: Organize and maintain project files, ensuring all assets are easily accessible and properly documented.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum (X years) of experience in 3D visualization, preferably in architecture or interior design.
  • Software Proficiency: Expertise in 3D Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing previous work in 3D visualizations and renderings.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong eye for detail and a passion for creating realistic and visually appealing designs.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of other visualization software (e.g., Blender, Lumion).
  • Familiarity with architectural terminology and design principles.
  • Experience in creating animations and walkthroughs.
