About the Role:

Manufacturing Manager at NMTronics India Pvt Ltd will oversee and manage the entire manufacturing and operations process. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient, cost-effective production and maintaining high-quality output. The Manager will develop and implement strategies to optimize production workflows, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and lead the integration of new technologies and processes. Additionally, the Manager will mentor a team of manufacturing professionals and ensure compliance with industry standards and safety protocols. This role will require the following responsibilities:

Oversee Manufacturing and Operations:

- Manage the entire manufacturing and operations process to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Strategy and Optimization:

- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production workflows, enhance productivity, and reduce waste.- Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.

Quality and Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, maintaining high-quality production outputs.- Implement and maintain health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and Service teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of manufacturing projects.- Coordinate with the NMTronics Center of Excellence for Electronics Manufacturing & Skill Development to align training programs with operational needs.

Procurement and Resource Management:

- Manage the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely availability and cost-effectiveness.- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and financial objectives.

Leadership and Mentorship:

- Lead and mentor a team of manufacturing professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.- Oversee the implementation of new technologies and processes, ensuring smooth integration and minimal disruption.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.- 10-15 years of solid experience in manufacturing and operations, with a focus on SMT, Solar, Automation, and/or EV sectors preferred.- Proven track record of managing large-scale manufacturing operations and leading cross-functional teams.- Strong understanding of manufacturing technologies, processes, and industry best practices.- Proficient in using manufacturing software and tools for planning, scheduling, and reporting.- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.- Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and cost control.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Pay range and compensation package:

Salary range: INR 15 - 18 Lakhs. Salary is negotiable based on the candidate's skills and experience. The company offers competitive incentive packages, medical care for self and family, and other benefits.
