Job Description We are seeking an experienced UKG Integration Consultant to design, develop, and support integrations between UKG systems and external business applications such as HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and third-party vendor platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in UKG Pro , UKG Dimensions , or UKG Ready , and hands-on experience building and maintaining integrations using APIs, file-based transfers, and middleware technologies. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate, secure, and seamless data exchange across enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and support integrations and data interfaces between UKG and third-party systems (Benefits, Payroll, ATS, ERP, etc.). Utilize UKG tools and technologies (e.g., UKG Pro Integration Hub, API Services, Dell Boomi, REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP ) to develop scalable solutions. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical integration specifications. Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and external vendors to deliver high-quality, stable integration solutions. Maintain technical documentation , including data mapping, workflow diagrams, and support procedures. Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide root-cause analysis for production incidents. Ensure all integrations comply with data security, privacy, and governance standards . Support system upgrades, testing, and new feature implementations related to integrations. Recommend and implement best practices for integration management and automation. Requirements Required: 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with UKG integrations (UKG Pro, Dimensions, or Ready). Strong understanding of UKG data structures, business processes, and APIs . Proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, SFTP, and web service technologies . Experience developing and maintaining integrations with third-party HR and Payroll vendors . Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on data integrity. Strong communication and collaboration skills across business and technical teams. Preferred: Experience with Dell Boomi or other middleware/integration platforms. UKG Integration Certification or equivalent hands-on experience. Familiarity with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Timekeeping processes . Background in enterprise HR technology or system implementation projects .
