To prepare quality plans as per the drawing & functional parameters. & ensure updation relevant to subsequent modifications.

To provide & arrange inspection equipments as per the planTo train the personnel in inspection activities, handling of surface testers , Trimos height gauge,gauges & instruments. set up inspection & set up approvals.

To ensure in process audits, as per the control plans & take corrective action by way of why why analysis , 8D reports .

Analysis of warranty & customer complaints recd thru FIR & initiate corrective & preventive actions by way of CFT, 8D reports & monitor by way of informing cut off nos for improvements to service dept.

To conduct PFMEA studies for processes & plan actions to reduce RPN.To analyse non-conformances & initiate actions for process improvements.

Interaction with supplier & engineering during development stages for any non-conformances & highlighting to top management & giving technical support.

In case of any issues PRR’s raised –coordinating with supplier for corrective actions & implementation.
