Description

- Summary:

The IT Application Owner is overall accountable for application(s) and/or infrastructure asset instances. ITAO Manages and maintains the application ensuring compliance with applicable IT policies & procedures with specific consideration to IT Management and Information Security policies. The AO ensures that the application is enhanced and maintained in accordance with the Bank's IT Security Risk and Compliance requirements of the client and other stakeholders as included in the application strategy and service levels. The AO identifies and manages the risks and issues associated with the application(s) and escalate appropriately.What we’ll offer youAs part of our flexible scheme, here are just some of the benefits that you’ll enjoyBest in class leave policyGender neutral parental leaves100% reimbursement under child care assistance benefit (gender neutral)Flexible working arrangementsSponsorship for Industry relevant certifications and educationEmployee Assistance Program for you and your family membersComprehensive Hospitalization Insurance for you and your dependentsAccident and Term life InsuranceComplementary Health screening for 35 yrs. and aboveKey Responsibilities / Tasks:Is responsible for setting up/maintaining various environments for development, testing and production.Is responsible for implementing and upgrading system hardware and application software as guided by compliance policiesresponsible in managing application, Database & security events by active monitoringBe able to work in a global environment with mixed teams and mixed cultures at different time zonesParticipate in product implementation, customization, and enhancementsFollow Compliance guidelines & processes, Standard Operating instructions and best practicesResponsible for application availability as agreed with Service Level Agreements and CommitmentsYour skills, experience, and qualification:As IT Application Owner, we would love if you bring:10+ years of experience in managing IT applications on technical landscapeShould have awareness of application design, development, implementation, and user support principles and practices.Understanding application architectures, application software interfacesShould have experience in IT Service Management/ServiceNow/similar toolsExperience in handling applications Risk and Controls, IT Security controlsExperience in cloud technology like GCP will be necessaryParticipation in application Hardware / Software / License upgrades or migration activities, capacity forecasting on the compliant platformsManage remediation of gaps in application lifecycle management activities such as Account recertification, remediation of Application configuration gaps etc.Working knowledge in client/server technology, FTP, Firewall understanding single sign-onExperience in Troubleshooting with hardware problems with interfacesShould have working knowledge in production support activities to support RTB topics, deployments, production issues as AOExperience in facing internal/external audits, answering questionnaires, performing application assessmentsExperience in performing disaster recovery exercises, infrastructure component recertifications, user recertificationsClose coordination with Internal/External Stakeholders and Vendor partnersShould be able to work independently and effectivelySoft skills:Good communication, coordination, presentation and interpersonal skillsShould be able to challenge/convince a solution approach, if requiredGood team playerHow we’ll support youTraining and development to help you excel in your careerFlexible working to assist you balance your personal prioritiesCoaching and support from experts in your teamA culture of continuous learning to aid progressionA range of flexible benefits that you can tailor to suit your needs
