Location: Kolkata Company: Edward Food Research & Analysis Centre (EFRAC) EFRAC is looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter who can independently lead hiring for technical, scientific and mid-senior roles across our laboratories and business teams. We need someone who communicates confidently, understands technical profiles, and can build strong talent pipelines. What You’ll Do Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, scientific and support roles Lead sourcing through , job portals, networking and targeted outreach Conduct professional screening calls to assess communication and technical fit Coordinate interviews with Analysts, Lab Heads, QA, Operations, Auditors and Leadership Work closely with HR consultants for specialised hiring Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, dashboards and compliance documentation Strengthen employer branding and ensure a smooth candidate experience What We Expect 8–10 years of recruitment experience with strong exposure to technical/scientific hiring Excellent spoken and written English Ability to understand laboratory and Scientific roles (Analysts, QA, Instrumentation, Regulatory, Engineering, IT, Sales etc.) Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and closing skills Ownership mindset with ability to manage multiple roles independently Good computer proficiency in MS Word and Excel Qualification Graduate / Post-Graduate (ideally from the Science stream) Why Join EFRAC Opportunity to hire for one of India’s most advanced multi-disciplinary testing laboratories High-visibility role interacting closely with senior leadership Fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
