Required Experience:4-8 years of exp in Magento.2 Years in Magento 2 or at least 1 project in Magento 2.3.Prefered Qualification:B.Tech/ B.E-Computer Science/ MCA.Magento2 Certification is a plus.Technical Skills:Technology Stack : Magento 2.0,Magento 2.3, PHP, ReactJS,Node JS, JavaScriptDatabase : MySQL, MongoDB,NoSql.Operating System: Linux, WINDOWS 2007Web server: Apache, NginxRequired Competencies:Minimum of 5+ years PHP web development experience and a minimum of 2 years of real-world e-commerce experience with Magento 2.x development.5+ years working with MySQL, optimization, indexes and performance techniques.Should have a great understanding of MySQL, MongoDB, and NoSql based database concepts.Should have good knowledge of Elasticsearch and Redis.Experience working with JS frameworks (React / Vue).Great knowledge about PHP 7, PSR standards.Thorough experience in customizing Magento’s 2.x front-end components using layout XML, blocks, and templates.Understanding of caching mechanisms such as Memcache/Redis/ElastiCache.Competent knowledge of e-commerce data organization, relationships and store catalog (categories/products/attributes).Candidate should have strong Code review ethics & can be responsible for the peer’s code Review.Competent in web services integrations (REST/SOAP/GraphQL).Candidate should be well versed with OOPs & MVC concepts.Understand the importance of performance in web development and resolving PHP performance issues.Excellent coding standards, following industry best-practices.Experience in integrating open source and third-party applications into existing systems.Proven ability to write clean-structured and well-documented code (Samples will be requested).Ability to document processes and solutions.Experience with AWS cloud services.Responsibilities:Responsible for front and Back-end development of the website.Working on developing a micro-service architecture to run MagentoGood understanding of Magento's 2.x code structure, extension architecture, theming hierarchy, and fallback componentsExperience in multi-store, multi-lingual, or multi-currency e-commerce implementationsCreate scalable functionality and extensions/modules on the Magento2.x platformBuild well-designed software in a way that is generic, reusable, and easily extensible, as well as solves the business needs and requirementsBuild e-commerce applications, maintaining existing PHP code, optimizing MySQL queries, developing custom PHP solutions, and actively assist in improving the usability, usefulness, and functionality of highly customized consumer and business-to-business Magento Community and SystemsDebugging, bug fixing and improving application performanceDocument, knowledge share your work and train other developers to improve the overall quality and deliveryExtreme care about quality. Own what you build as you create, test, and refine what's under the hood of our pages and servicesWork on Optimization of website for maximum speed and scalabilityDiscover, design, develop, deploy, debug. RepeatDesign solutions and integrate with third-party systems including payment processing, shipping, affiliate marketing, email marketing, currency exchange, and product feedsFirm grasp of Git-based source controlProficient with PHP object-oriented programming & MVC applicationsContinuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologiesTaking active part in weekly Scrum and attend daily standup meetings offline and onlineDeliver projects on time.Good Understanding of web services integrations (REST/SOAP)Knowledge of the use of caching layers such as Memcached and Redis.Responsible for production-level code
