About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Network Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network troubleshooting, support, and maintenance. This role involves working with various networking technologies to ensure the optimal performance and security of our network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:


• Network Maintenance: Perform routine network maintenance tasks, including updates, patches, and configuration changes.


• Technical Support: Provide technical support to internal teams and clients, addressing network-related queries and issues.


• Network Monitoring: Monitor network performance using various tools and implement proactive measures to prevent issues.


• Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, changes, and incidents.


• Collaboration: Work closely with other IT staff and departments to implement network solutions and improvements.


• Security: Assist in ensuring network security by applying best practices and addressing vulnerabilities.


• Incident Response: Respond to network outages and emergencies, providing quick and effective solutions.

Qualifications:


• Education: Bachelor's degree in E&C, E&E.


• Experience: 2 to 3 years


• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, or equivalent are preferred.


• Proficiency in networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)


• Experience with network devices (routers, switches, firewalls)


• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and software
