Key Responsibilities:

  • Testing & Validation:
  • Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts for UiPath RPA solutions.
  • Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing to ensure automation workflows meet specified requirements and quality standards.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools and processes.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
  • Work closely with RPA developers and business analysts to understand automation workflows and validate they meet the requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that test scenarios align with business objectives.
  • Provide regular feedback on testing progress, issues, and risks during project meetings.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
  • Prepare comprehensive test reports, including results, defect logs, traceability, and quality metrics.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of testing processes, test cases, and outcomes.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in QA/testing with a focus on UiPath RPA solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of the UiPath platform, including UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robots.
  • Expertise in creating/executing test plans, test cases, and automated scripts.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).


Preferred Qualifications:

  • UiPath certification.
  • Experience with other RPA tools and technologies.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python) and programming experience is a plus.
