Exp-At least 3+ Year’s experience as Business Analyst from Chemical/ Pharmaceutical/ Similar industries.

Job location- Vadodara. Gujarat.

Max Budget- 15 LPA

Mandatory Requirement

1. Strategic Management, Analytical Skills should be strong.

Key Responsibilities

Position Purpose

This position will be responsible for supporting the COO in planning and driving strategic initiatives and monitoring operational performance of the CSM business

- Strategic Responsibilities

Translate organization wide strategic priorities into comprehensive strategic and execution plans

Identify key issues and opportunities over medium and long term horizon

Provide regular industry and competitor analysis, briefs and updates to COO

Liaise/co-ordinate with businesses and functions to help monitor the implementation of operational and strategic objectives of various projects directly managed by the COO’s office.

Provide briefings and reports on the progress of implementation of initiatives and flag issues and areas of concern.

Help COO prepare for key meetings with customers, regulators and the media

Preparing and circulating templates and formats for preparation of reports for COO.

Evaluating strategic business proposals and putting them up for COO’s review and consideration.

- Operational Responsibilities

Prepare confidential documents/presentations for COO; draft important letters and mails for his review and approval.

Process the outcomes of COO’s meetings and travels and translate them into actionable points

Follow through on COO’s behalf with all stakeholders on actions

Receiving, reviewing, summarizing and briefing the COO on the preparatory material sent by function and business heads for management review meetings.
