Role Overview
Seeking a skilled Network Engineer to design, deploy, and support highly available, scalable LAN/WAN networks. The ideal candidate will configure advanced routing protocols, troubleshoot network performance, and support the digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain scalable LAN/WAN network architectures.
  • Configure and manage routing protocols including HSRP, EIGRP, OSPF, and static routes.
  • Ensure high availability, security, and compliance throughout the network stack.
  • Monitor network health, proactively resolve bottlenecks or failures, and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business-critical network operations.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of network topology, configurations, and change logs.
  • Support digital transformation across manufacturing operations, enabling connectivity and modernization.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience configuring and managing enterprise-grade LAN/WAN networks.
  • Hands-on expertise in HSRP, EIGRP, OSPF, static routing, and redundancy protocols.
  • Strong troubleshooting mindset with a focus on performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with network security best practices and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills; ability to collaborate with technical and business teams.
