Job OverviewWe're looking for a Software Engineer to build and scale our high-performance systems. You'll work with Typescript/Node.js, Postgre SQL, and modern distributed technologies to create reliable infrastructure that supports rapid user growth.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild scalable server-side applications using Type Script and Nest.js on Node.js with focus on high-performance, distributed architectures and microservicesDesign and optimize Postgre SQL databases with advanced scaling strategies including replication, connection pooling, and performance tuning for growing user basesImplement real-time data processing using Kafka-based event streaming for inter-service communication and scalable message handlingDeploy caching solutions with Redis for session management, data optimization, and multi-layer caching to reduce latencyDevelop robust RESTful APIs that handle high-throughput traffic while integrating external services with proper error handlingManage containerized deployments using Kubernetes for orchestration, auto-scaling, and CI/CD pipeline implementationMonitor and optimize performance using profiling tools, load testing, and database tuning including query optimization and indexingCollaborate across teams to ensure seamless API integration while maintaining high availability through comprehensive logging and monitoringWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field3-6 years of backend development experience with focus on scalable systemsExpert-level Java Script/Node.js skills with deep understanding of asynchronous programmingAdvanced SQL and Postgre SQL expertise including database design and performance optimizationHands-on experience with Kafka, Redis, and Kubernetes in production environmentsProven track record scaling applications to handle high user volumes and concurrent connectionsExperience with microservices architecture, distributed systems, and cloud platforms (GCP)Strong problem-solving skills with focus on system design and performance optimizationBonus: Blockchain familiarity, and experience scaling Postgre SQL to 10,000+ worldwide users, using partitioning, connection poolers, and query optimization for high-concurrency workloads.Join our team to build the infrastructure that powers our next phase of growth, working with cutting-edge technologies in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
