Senior Manager

Overall Senior Manager Responsibilities

Understand the industry requirements and design the program curriculum to meet the required standards.

Lead and mentor a team of content strategists to develop the content of the programDevelop and decide appropriate corrective and preventive actions to improve the learning experience of students.

Guide the content strategists in designing the flow of a course or developing a case study.Review content, and case studies and provide feedback on the required improvements to enhance content quality.

Identify the right teaching pedagogy to deliver the content and create the assessmentsResponsible for the content quality, instructional design, and overall learning experience of students

Responsible for identifying and collaborating with industry experts in developing the course content and designing the curriculum.

Plan and execute student competency assessments to understand the learning gaps and improve student outcomes.

Collaborate with the student success team to ensure student engagement and identify areas of improvement in the learning experience.

Collaborate with the delivery team in the smooth functioning of the grading process and executing the live sessions.

Collaborate with the careers team to extend any support to the students in achieving the required outcome.

Responsibilities of an ML Senior Manager

Leverage expertise in Machine Learning, Data Science, and Product Management to drive innovative growth initiatives.Conduct market research and perform gap and competitor analysis to identify potential areas for launching new machine learning and related program curriculums.Develop a product-market fit strategy to align with industry needs and create courses that ensure students meet high standards.Quickly grasp complex concepts to ensure the quality of content, instructional design, and the overall course experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Graduates with a B.Tech or BE from Tier 1/2 engineering colleges or those from Tier 1 companies or startups.

2-3 years of experience in product or curriculum management/development focused on ML/AI courses, or a Master’s degree in ML/AI-related fields.

Proficient in various ML techniques such as Supervised Learning, Unsupervised Learning, and Deep Learning, with strong knowledge of Python and ML libraries like NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.

Experience or knowledge in ML Ops is desirable.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
