Infrastructure Project Manager:

Years of Experience : 10+ years

Location - Chennai

Joining : Only immediate joiner to Serving Notice

Technical & Behavioral Competencies:

ITIL Certification

Real-time experience in project management role should be no less than 4 years.

Directly involved in overseeing IT infrastructure projects with expertise in Middleware

Administration, Linux, AIX Administration, SQL DBA, and Oracle DBA platforms.

Lead IT infrastructure projects with a focus on cloud migration, utilizing ITIL best practices to

enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

Develop and manage project plans including schedules, budgets, and resource allocations, ensuring

alignment with ITIL frameworks.

Implement ITIL processes such as Incident, Problem, and Change Management to improve service

quality and operational efficiency.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate infrastructure changes and upgrades seamlessly

into existing environments.

Monitor and control project progress, addressing any issues and risks in accordance with ITIL

guidelines.

Ensure compliance with ITIL standards and organizational policies throughout the project lifecycle.

Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders, including IT staff, vendors, and

business units.
