Position: Business Manager – Executive Search (Technology)

Job Description:

We are looking for a business professional from the Executive Search Industry; who has extensive experience in Executive & Sr. Management hiring for Tech Industry/ Tech Roles.

You should be able to offer 360-degree services that include connecting with existing & new clients; pitching our services, winning, and delivering on client mandates.

This is a senior-level position in the company and involves building a business grounds up. This is an IC Role and you will own end to end value chain of the Business.

Responsibilities:

1. Cross-selling/ selling executive search opportunities to our existing & potential clients.

2. Managing Client Relationships and Delivering on Search Mandates

3. Owning & Managing P&L Responsibility of the Executive Search business.

4 Drive end-to-end recruitment for executive-level positions in the IT domain.

5 Source, evaluate, and shortlist high-caliber candidates using diverse sourcing strategies, including headhunting, networking, and leveraging recruitment tools.

6 Conduct detailed candidate assessments to ensure alignment with client needs.

7 Stay updated on IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and talent market dynamics.

Qualification & Competencies:

1. Demonstrated 360-degree business management experience in Executive Search business

2. Prior experience in dealing with the technology industry is a must.

3. Expected experience of 10+ years

4. Good Oral and Written Communication Skills

5. Strong people skills, assertiveness and ability to lead a team of internal and external stakeholders

6 Strong Experience in Talent acquisition in IT industry is mandatory.

Location: Anywhere in India ( Preferably Bangalore, Hyderabad or Chennai)

Business Related:

- Have a comprehensive knowledge of commercial constructs of Executive Search business- Have sound and wide business knowledge related to contracts, SLAs, KPIs and an understanding of current and emerging trends in this area and how they can enhance our value proposition.- Has an preliminary understanding of project management.
