Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Power Automate Developer to join our team and drive automation solutions that enhance our workflows and improve productivity. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building, configuring, and implementing Power Automate flows and integrating them with other Microsoft 365 applications and services. This role requires a keen understanding of business processes, an eye for detail, and the technical expertise to design scalable and efficient automated solutions.

Role & responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and recommend best practices for automation.
Integrate Power Automate flows with other Microsoft services such as SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365, and other external systems using APIs and connectors.
Maintain and enhance existing automation solutions to ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability.
Troubleshoot, test, and debug Power Automate flows to ensure seamless operation.
Document processes, configurations, and workflows, and provide user training where necessary.
Monitor automation workflows for any errors or issues and proactively resolve them.
Stay updated on new features, capabilities, and best practices for Power Automate and Power Platform.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
4+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate.
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 applications, especially SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Dynamics 365.
Proficiency in using Power Automate connectors, expressions, and actions to design complex workflows.
Experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power BI, and other Power Platform tools is a plus.
Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and other integration protocols.
Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues within workflows and integrations.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
