IT Recruiter

Job Title: IT Recruiter Department: Human Resources Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Junior IT Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably within a consultancy or agency environment. Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of the IT industry and the ability to source and attract top talent. Responsibilities: Proactively source and attract top IT talent through a variety of channels, including online job boards, social media, and employee referrals Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to identify qualified candidates Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates Provide candidates with information about our company and the open positions Manage candidate relationships and provide timely updates to both candidates and hiring managers. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in IT recruitment. Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably within a consultancy or agency environment. Proven ability to source, screen, and select top talent Strong understanding of the IT industry and the ability to identify and assess technical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
