Experienced with Networking devices Router, Switches, BGP, EIGRP
Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, specifically as it relates to containers
Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, etc.
Responds to requests from individual users.
Delivers project and process documentation for small-to medium-scale projects.
Performs all technical program tasks with minimal supervision.
Provides Level 1 & 2 support for the corporate enterprise network.
Verifies hardware/software requirements, design and configure Local Area Network/Wide Area Network, Data Center Network and/or Voice Network Technologies.
Performs network equipment provisioning, equipment configuration, installation, monitoring and troubleshooting.
Supports network technologies and provides a high level of user support.
Advanced troubleshooting skills
Excellent communications skills (written and verbal) and ability to work both independently and in a group
Manage issues through an Incident queue, detailing each Incident with notes of all troubleshooting steps taken to resolve an Incident.
